The interior is made from stainless steel and has coved corners and finished edges for easy cleaning, which is especially important with milk, as any spills will start to spoil and small bad if not cleaned properly. This cafeteria milk dispenser includes two platforms and 6-gallon milk crates. You can dispense either milk dispenser bags or milk-bags-in-boxes from the same unit, which provides nice flexibility depending on your milk supplier.
